Wasl Properties, came into the picture in 2008, to grow its real estate portfolio and become of the largest estate management companies in Dubai. There are around 40000 projects under control that comprise residential and commercial properties, hotels, and serviced apartments as well as industrial plots. It came as a merger of two government organizations – the Dubai Development Board and the Real Estate Department. The company is future-driven, with the vision of offering great plans for residents, in different price ranges and architecture.
